Shah Rukh Khan has added another feather in his cap by starting his new venture - 'Royal Estates by Shah Rukh Khan' in Dubai. The high profile couple launched the project at Madinat Jumeirah last evening.
This is a Dh2.3 billion project involving a 2.3 million-square-foot gated community in Dubai Investments Park. The Khans launched it amidst guests from India, Pakistan, Canada and the UK. SRK's designer wife Gauri will handle the home decor for the town houses. The entire project though, will be designed by SRK's close buddy and Los Angeles-based architect, Tony Ashai.
Shah Rukh and Gauri also own a home on Palm Jumeirah and are regular visitors to Dubai. This time though, they are on a mission to accomplish a huge feat. By the looks of it, it is already a success.
